A dynamic, passionate and honest individual, Nathaniel Armstrong has hit the ground running in New York’s real estate industry. Working alongside some of New York’s top agents, Nathaniel has a keen eye and brings premier experience and substantial energy to the field. His energy and dedication to find his clients a home that best fits their needs make him excellent for those seasoned or new to property ownership. Though specializing in residential properties in the Upper West Side, he has worked with buyers throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens.
Raised in South Florida, Nathaniel was exposed to real estate at an early age. Both of his parents were involved in property ownership, development and real estate sales, and, as such, real estate comes naturally to him. He graduated from the University of Colorado – Boulder with a double major in Geology and Philosophy. Additionally, he has trained in the psychology of sales and has an aptitude for research — both of which are essential tools for New York City real estate. He also is knowledgeable in French (from his family’s heritage) and American Sign Language (ASL). With all of these qualities, he is ranked highly amongst his expert peers.
Nathaniel believes that it is paramount for buyers to find strong representation now, more than ever. As the current market is soft, buyers have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to get spectacular deals in one of the greatest cities in the world. Using a skilled agent who knows what these rare opportunities look like, how to negotiate them and where to find them can make a million-dollar difference.
Nathaniel currently resides in Manhattan and spends his spare time sampling the many cultures and cuisines of the city. He also has a passion for cooking, history, the arts, and quaint New York neighborhoods.
